What we do every day is thrive to be happy – for some it is easy and for many it seems like a struggle. We try out many ways and do different things to achieve happiness.  We be with someone or part ways with some in order to be happy. Some go on a journey to be happy while some focus on a life-goal to feel happiness. There are people who prefer to laugh their way through life and other people prefer to be a Samaritan. Aristotle believed that happiness is the core purpose of human life.

Actively seeking happiness is a part of positive psychology. According to Shawn Achor, the Tetris Effect is pattern in which the brain diverts resources to actually scan the world to not only make us happier but actually raise our levels of performance as well.
